WHO WE ARE: We are Vocademy - The Makerspace. A one-of-a-kind hybrid between makerspaces/hackerspaces, high school shop classes, trade schools, university labs, and dream workshops. Want access to our equipment? Take a few classes and become a member. Want to learn much more? Take all the classes we offer in that subject. We are the future of hands-on learning, giving people meaningful purpose, and solving the skills gap.

EDUCATIONAL CLIENTS: We are an educational service provider to schools. They send us students and teachers to learn hands-on skills. The kinds of skills that used to be taught in traditional high school shop classes and then we also offer state-of-the-art skills like; Laser Cutting/Engraving, 3D Printing, CNC, and CAD. We also offer these exact same classes to teachers for Professional Development and for obtaining CTE credentials.
We currently have a charter high school inside our facility. It is run by one of our educational partners.

CORPORATE CLIENTS: We are an educational service provider to companies. Employers send us employees to train or reward. From engineers, to shop floor people, we teach them the way an apprenticeship would. No theory and no history, just practical knowledge and real-world, industry based skills. We also do team building events and offer our classes and memberships as an employee reward/perk.

COMMUNITY CLIENTS: We are a tremendous resource for our community. We are a makerspace 5pm-10pm Monday through Friday and 10am-10pm Saturday and Sunday, for ANYONE in the community (14+) to come and take our classes and be a member. We are “Shop class for everyone.” We also offer memberships so that any of our students can come and practice or work on their projects! We are a business incubator, a co-working space, an R&D lab, and a job shop for your prototypes.

WE ARE A MAKERSPACE: The real magic happens when all of these “makers” meet to collaborate, create, and learn from each other. We are NOT a replacement for trade schools or colleges. We are the place that gives foundational hands-on skills to make people more valuable to the world. We are the place for entrepreneurs to create prototypes and start businesses, for engineers to become better engineers, for kids to make amazing things and much more. We are the future of hands-on learning, fundamental skills training, innovation, and (maker) career discovery.

TURN-KEY MAKERSPACES: We offer consulting services for those that want to create state-of-the-art makerspace of their own. By determining the goals of the space, available floor plan(s), and the budget; we provide the best equipment, staff/teacher training, and our curriculum. This turn-key service is offered to schools, companies, libraries, and other organizations.

OUR FUTURE: We plan on expanding this model nationwide. We are a true "net-benefit" for any city that welcomes us. We solve the skills gap and we make people more valuable to the world. We are an incredible retention tool for educational programs and we benefit the community by being open to all!
